(This isn't a book about SPD, but this book was really great for me to read as a mother. It helped me let go of my guilt from all the expectations I had for myself as a mother. I was trying to be supermom! Also an easy read...I read it in one night. The authors were on Oprah promoting this book a year or two ago.
